Service Description
Pilates- Weekly Mind & Body Class This group fitness class is suitable for you if you would like to improve your MOBILITY STABILITY COORDINATION BALANCE and STRENGTH and make new friends. Are you happy to do it for your health? Let's do it together! All fitness levels are welcome. All exercises have regressions (easier options) and progressions (more challenging options). This class includes bodyweight exercises and exercises with a stick, magic circle/ ring, softball, yoga blocks/brick , straps and resistance band so it is always fun and challenging. Before the first class need to fill out the PAR-Q form. The class is 50 minutes. Please bring your own mat and a bottle of water. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Cancellation policy: · Notice of cancellation must be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled class-on phone or text me +44 7491782358-, otherwise it is considered to be a late cancellation and your session will be forfeited and it cannot be refunded or completed at a later date · Cancellation within 24 hours is accepted in an EMERGENCY situation regarding your medical condition which won't happen hopefully · I offer the opportunity to temporarily suspend or ‘freeze’ your membership in the event of prolonged absence such as serious illness or injury · Monthly membership need to pay in full in advance
