Group fitness is a great way to help motivate yourself and others to dig deeper and push harder in workouts. Attending group fitness classes gets you off the sofa and out meeting new people while smashing your fitness goals.
Each class is structured with a warm-up, a main part (workout), a cool-down and stretching.
The warm-up is designed to help you properly raise your heart rate, prepare your body, joints and muscles for activity.
I demsontrate and explain all exercises and proper technique and observe everyone’s perform and make sure that everyone in the class is executing each exercise the right way.
The cool-down will help you safely lower your heart rate gradually.
The stretching is also essential part of the workout, it streches all the major muscles worked during class, keeps muscles flexible reduces the risks of injuries chance and soreness.
